Who am I?

👩‍💻 diversity and equity advocate

Feeling alone in my journey, I’ve been supporting women in tech. I developed Introduction to Data Science course for Czechitas.

Since I need female role models in my field, I am part of the Femme Palette community and participated in the mentoring program and also developed a Digital Academy SQL and data for women into data.

I enjoy connecting with other professionals in my field. Getting inspired by the work of other tech enthusiats helps me to stay educated current to the upcoming trends.

I had an opportunity to go to San Francisco meetups thanks to my company and I am grateful for that.

Since I was three years old, I’ve been pracising artistic gymnastics. Gymnastics taught me consistency. That if something doesn’t work today, it might work next week — or next month. It showed me that when you keep doing hard things, they gradually become less hard.

I actively participated in the Czech Gymnastics Championship every year from 2008. I became a certified Gymnastics coach. Currently I practice handbalancing and aerial hoop. You can find more on my acrobatic website about my gymnastics-self.

💡 math geek

I’ve been curious about mathematics since my childhood. Prime numbers have always fascinated me. I liked to be a bit weird at school.

Throughout my school years, I participated in Mathematical Olympiads, math correspondence seminars, and attended international math and IT camps (Maths Beyond Limits, Modern Mathematics Summer School, and Meet IT).

This is what led me to study pure and applied mathematics at Charles University in Prague.

I’ve been a creator on social media for more than ten years, and I strive to use that experience for good to inspire people. I talk about topics in tech that interest me.

I express my thoughts as authentically as I can, believing that it helps women learn how to overcome their fear of the tech industry.
